Natural health schools today offer prospective students a plethora of invaluable and innovative healthcare training options geared for tomorrow's natural healthcare practitioner in mind.

Whether individuals choose to pursue natural healing careers as acupressure therapists, aromatherapists, herbalists, hom
opathic practitioners, hypnotherapists, massage therapists or an alternative medicine doctor, natural health schools give candidates an in-depth look and comprehensive insights into how modern and sometimes ancient healing wisdoms can be applied to common health disorders and conditions through natural and noninvasive methods and medicines.

For example, if you are drawn to healing arts like homeopathy, be prepared to be amazed.  As one of the relatively newer developed systems of medicine, homeopathy actually stems from ancient healing schools of thought dating back thousands of years. In natural health schools offering homeopathy as a course of study, students learn basic homeopathic pharmacy, case taking and repertorisation, and clinical internship, among other relevant subject matter.

If you're intrigued by herbal medicine, or plant medicine, natural health schools will supply you with necessary skills and knowledge about botanical medicine, herbal formulation, herbal cultivation and pharmacy, Bach Flower remedies, aromatherapy, and more.  Depending on the level of training you'd like to achieve, there are a variety of natural health schools that provide an assortment of herbalism classes ranging from beginner to advanced.

Massage therapy as a natural health treatment is also gaining leeway in modern medicine.  A matter of fact, the career outlook for massage therapists is very good considering there has been a steady demand for natural healthcare workers and practitioners in North America, alone.  Massage therapy training at any one of a number of natural health schools offers students a diverse array of massage modalities from which to choose.  While basic, practical training is afforded in Swedish massage, sports massage and deep tissue massage; a great number of programs have begun integrating a larger selection of bodywork techniques like Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, craniosacral therapy, and Chinese medical massage, among several others.

What's in store for the future of natural healthcare?  As natural health and healing concepts continue to expand, and research continues to prevail, there will always be a growing need for the professional healer.  Natural health schools play an integral role in meeting these demands by providing extensive and comprehensive educational platforms that either meet or exceed academic requirements; and/or State regulations.* (Massage therapy, naturopathy, homeopathy, chiropractic, and acupuncture are regulated healthcare disciplines.)

If you (or someone you know) are interested in finding natural health programs, let professional training within fast-growing industries like massage therapy, cosmetology, acupuncture, oriental medicine, Reiki, and others get you started! Explore natural health schools near you.

Essay buying has now started to gain a lot of popularity amongst the students of high school and above. These services has helped a lot of students in securing an A grade on their written assignments, who have their own reasons for not writing it on their own.

Mostly it has been observed that students lose their final grade just because of not submitting their essay on time or they cannot come up with an A grade essay because of their restriction to resources and language.

The 3 three top reasons for p://www.educationalwriting.net/Essays/buying-essay.htm">buying an essay online as observed are;

  • ESL – English as a Second Language:According to the Survey of Colleges data on U.S. higher education enrollment, conducted by "Institute of International Education" – USA, the total percentage of international students against the total US enrollment in 2006/07 is 3.9% with an annual change rate of 3.2. These international students speak and write English as their secondary language and face difficulties while writing an essay better than the residents which results in a lower grade and de-motivation of the students. These students are willing in buying essays and submit them as these essays are backed by a guarantee of getting an A grade!
  • WORKMost international students as well as the residents, when pursuing their high school and above level of studies, work along with their studies. During work students are driven towards maintaining a tight schedule in which their work is the main priority. During work schedule it is hard for a student to take out time and perform extensive research and then write a complete essay about a topic.
  • SHORT DEADLINES5 days to the submission deadline and you have to write a complete essay on a given topic and you haven't even started yet!? An essay has to be based on custom performed extensive research, custom written free from plagiarism and must have proper citations along with all the other necessary supplementary pages. For a student in such a situation, for any reason, a better and easy way is buying an essay than writing a complete essay in 5 days.

Any student in any of the above situations is willing in buying an essay or has already done so. In buying an essay a student gets everything done in their limited time without taking the time out of their busy work schedule and getting it done in the proper and approved way, hence, securing the chance of getting that A grade which he/she requires.

Dissertation thesis

เขียนโดย Admin | 19:15

Dissertation thesis writing is a very high standard form of academic writing. Students as well as teachers take this form of writing seriously. The term 'Dissertation thesis' tells you two things. The first is that it is a dissertation, and the second is that it is thesis writing. Therefore, the emphasis is greater on every aspect of this form of writing.

A Dissertation thesis is not something you can produce overnight. It is a painstaking process that requires careful research, thought and writing. There are several
steps that you need to take in order to create a high standard Dissertation thesis. The usual introduction, main body and conclusion alone will simply not do. You need to apply a research method to this form of writing.

For writing a Dissertation thesis, you require some if not all of the following parts:

Title Page, Table of Contents, Abstract, Acknowledgement, Introduction, Aims, Objectives, Thesis, Methodology, Literature Review, Analysis, Conclusion, References, and Appendices. Each part takes considerable time to put together. This is why you need to plan your schedule out for writing your Dissertation thesis.

You must realize that your Dissertation thesis is not a dissertation that you create out of one research assignment. Often, researchers will require a proposal to start with. Once that is approved, you go on to write your dissertation. Once your dissertation is approved for further research, you will be convinced of your direction of research. You may need to conduct few more studies before you come up with enough evidence to form your thesis. This is when you can start writing your Dissertation thesis.

Ideally, your Dissertation thesis will require you to take into consideration all that you have researched. Throughout planning and writing your Dissertation thesis, you need to keep in mind the evidence that you discovered through your initial proposal and subsequent dissertations. Additionally, your search for pertinent matter that will support your thesis is crucial.

You need to find as much evidence as there is to prove your Dissertation thesis. When you use the matter you have searched up for your Dissertation thesis, you must reference and cite their sources thoroughly. Failure to do so will cause your thesis to lose credibility.

To write your Dissertation thesis, you will basically need to follow your thesis itself along with your arguments and supporting facts. You will need to conduct a literature review that primarily presents what other scholars say. This is your foundation, and your analysis will rely on it. In addition to this, you will have your primary research to include. Both these forms of data will take you into the analysis and conclusion of your Dissertation thesis.

Concluding your Dissertation thesis can be a lengthy process, as you will have to make sure that you include all the necessary arguments. These will help you to re-state your thesis, which will wind up your assignment. This, however, does not end your work with your Dissertation thesis, as there are many finer points that you will need to produce and adjust, such as generating a table of contents, and formatting each page so that the whole assignment is presentable.

An online bachelor degree education program can be found in a variety of ways. You can learn about an on-line school program through...

... word of mouth, seeing an advertisement on television, or doing an Internet search from your computer. More and more schools are offering campus programs that cater to the needs of working professionals and other individuals who are unable to attend a regular on campus degree program.

Degrees Offered

Many degrees on-line are offered for both undergraduate and graduat
school programs. Colleges offer these low cost alternatives to traditional classes because there is a need for them. More and more individuals are finding that they need an advanced degree in order to get ahead in the work place.

Often individuals are not able to just quit their job and go back to school for two to four years. So on-line school courses are a great alternative. Degrees online are an inexpensive alternative to the high rates of a four-year institution. Individuals can stay working at their current job while they take online courses and finish their bachelor's degree.

Cost of an Online Education

Cost is an essential factor for many individuals. Some people are stuck earning a low income and trying to make ends meet so the idea of spending more money on education is not possible. Other people can only afford a cheap education but really want a good quality education for their money.

Many online programs are aligned with the federal governments loan and grant programs. These educational loans are available to individuals who apply for them. Most programs are need based, but there are some loan programs that are available to all individuals no matter what their current income is.

An affordable online college degree is possible with an online program. For this reason, more and more individuals are turning to online programs to earn their bachelor degree. Online programs are one of the most affordable college educations available to individuals today.

Whether you are looking at finishing your bachelor degree or just getting started with your degree, an online college may be the right choice for you. They are convenient and offer you the ability to take college classes from the comfort of your own home.

Online degree programs are an exciting new trend in college education. Many people find that taking online classes is much easier than they had anticipated so they continue their degree program taking only online courses.

Most individuals will take approximately five years to finish their bachelor's degree if they are working entirely online. This is not much different from the average on campus college student. Because online programs are offered on a continuous basis throughout the year it is much easier for students to continue their education through the summer months.

If you are considering going back to college to finish your bachelor's degree you should look into some of the online degree programs. Online courses might be the right choice for you!

The sun is the chief of the solar system. According to the Vedas the sun awakens us in the morning so that we act aptly all through the day. The sun is said to be the 'soul' of all movable and immovable objects. Within the entire cosmos the sun moves about 'mysteriously' and is a silent witness of the actions of all living beings. In Greek language the sun is called "Helios". It means that which is radiant and brilliant in nature. This radiance of the sun is but a manifestation of the intense infinite energy it harbors within its core being. It is because of this that life sustains on planet Earth. According to modern scientists that ball of brilliant light seen by us and is called the sun manifests certain movements. They in turn manifest as flames and black spots or sun spots.

No doubt the sun predominates gigantically in our solar system and yet it is a mere star with reference to the galaxy in which it exists. The distance between the sun and our earth is 1.4 billion and 9.6 million kilometers. Despite this solar rays take merely 8 minutes to reach our planet from the sun. The diameter of the sun is 1.3 million and 92 thousand kilometers. From our standpoint while visualizing the sun from our planet it is very difficult to imagine the sun to be so much more gigantic, heavy and blazing than our earth.

The temperature in every area of the sun is not equally distributed. The surface temperature is 6000 degrees Celsius. It is solar energy that is at work behind the sun's light and heat principles. Solar energy is the very life force of our planet earth. As a result life proliferates and sustains on earth. This solar energy is a manifestation of the 'nuclear' activity of the sun. In that hydrogen gas is converted to helium. In the sun's core/central region within one second 564 million tons of hydrogen gets converted to 560 million tons of helium gas. Energy of 4 million tons hydrogen manifests from the sun in the form of solar rays. The sun emits 3.8 x 10 raised to -26 Joules energy/second into interstellar space.

For the past 5 billion years the sun has been converting air around it into solar energy which is used up as and when required. Its temperature on the surface region too is not equally distributed. In the sun's Photosphere the temperature is 6000 degrees centigrade. One layer of its uncontrolled atmosphere is Photosphere. Between these 2 is a layer whose temperature is 4500 degrees centigrade. This is the 'coldest' region on the sun. During the duration between the commencement and ending of a solar eclipse it is seen as a magnet freeze.

On the surface of the sun where the temperature is less and there exists only cold and dark gloominess is called Sunspots. The temperature of a Sunspot is less than 2000 degrees centigrade of the temperature of its neighboring gas. It is around 4000 degrees centigrade in the Photosphere. These spots tend to move as couples or more in number and their life spans between a few days and a few months. These Sunspots were first discovered by that great scientist Galilee.

The sun is never known to be clam and serene. This is because movements within it always exist. These movements are so intense at times flames appear on the sun's surface. According to USA's material scientist Unin Norman Parlor a continuous flow of hydrogen ions and helium ions are emitted by the sun. In this flow the number of electrons and protons are equal. It is also called solar wind which has a speed of 1.26 to 2.88 million kilometers per hour.

From Sunspots solar flames erupt forth in the form of energy. With its heavy intensity it scatters the particles of solar wind which in turn some times crosses the boundary of planet Earth and appears over here. These energy particles create intense magnetic fields on planet Earth. As a result all modes of communication can get flattened to the ground. In outer space solar flames get spread out in billions of miles area. Until today solar flames were seen in their most terrific form on 28th Feb 1942, 19th Nov 1949, 13th Sep 1971 and April 1990.

At the end of the 20th century i.e. in the year 2000 AD solar movements were seen again in a more intense form. In the year 2000 AD i.e. 3rd and 4th Mar blasts of intensity of billions of hydrogen bombs with the potential of 100 mega tons were recorded on the sun's surface. As a result of this there was a storm of UV rays in the Earth's central region. According to that famous outer space scientist R.S. Srivatsava as a result of this episode on that day between 11 am to 1.30 pm the overall situation was very dire because of the X-ray and UV ray storms that lashed out on planet Earth.

According to USA's J M Fridge and Dr R.S. Srivatsava there are 2 points on the sun's corona. These points are called 8882 and 8881. In present times these points have suddenly become very active. From both these points about 20 billion tons of corona material is emitted which constitutes a part of its storehouse of rays. It has a speed of 3000 kilo meters/sec. At any time its direction can point at Earth. Ordinarily its speed is 10000 times more. Amongst these one finds gamma and beta rays included too. With reference to these geological incidences DelhiUniversity's scientist Prof Vishnu Bhatia has clarified that sometimes the earth's magnetic field agitates high energy particles emitted by the sun. Recently an incident of this type recurred and the earth was saved from great danger.

Very rarely does one see a destructive form of global turbulence but on the sun they have recorded even more intense and ghastly agitations. As a result of this sunspot based activities reach their peak every 11 years. In turn because of this time and again there occurs a change in the shape and form of solar based aura. The temperature of very sensitive magnetic fields found on sunspots is less when compared to other regions. In other magnetic fields (other areas) electrons, protons and ionic electric fields move along tortuous paths. This is why the 11 year wheel of solar activity marches ahead. Every 11th year this activity reaches its peak. On 24th April 1990 AD during such a solar agitation it was noted that certain materials of the NW region of the sun had separated speedily. These materials have spread themselves at a distance of 1million kilometers from the sun.

Due to high activity of sunspots on an average one notes the appearance of a multi colored polar aura. In the North Pole this light is called Aurora Borealis and on the South Pole it is called Aurora Austrealis. The electrical particles of magnetic storms emitted by sunspots get attracted to the magnetic regions of Earth. As a result one can see beautiful scenes related to light on the Earth's Polar region. The rays emitted from solar turbulences reach the Earth's Ionosphere. As a result the earth's magnetic regions get influenced by it. The highest intensity of solar agitations creates further turbulences on the Earth's Ionosphere. In turn there is a greater probability of magnetic storms manifesting on Earth. What then ensues is an obstruction of radio wave transmissions and thus there is possibility of chaos in the supply of electricity. Our earth has experienced this dire situation umpteen number of times already. These geological incidences had destroyed the electrical supplies of many nations. In Canada the Hydrocubic Electric Machines had been shattered and for hours many regions of Canada and USA had to go without electricity for a certain time span.

At present the sunspots have been increasing since 1996 and they reached their peak in March 2000 AD. When magnetic movements increase on the sun uniformity is noted in its aura but when magnetic movements decrease many colors are seen in its aura that spread out in inter stellar space. A weather scientist of USA's "National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration" Mr. Gary Hackman maintains that the present eruptions on the solar wheel and the resultant dire storm of rays has passed nearby planet earth at a distance of 0.15 million kilometers. It should be looked upon as nothing short of divine grace. If this were not true artificial satellites that have been set up in inter stellar space and their dependent institutions would have been the target of one of the direst world catastrophes.

All such solar movements/activities indicate an imminent widespread change in the world. Eminent world scientists opine that because of such movements a great transformation will duly be witnessed the world over. They say that the shape of earth will no doubt not change but that nature will transform in totality. This can also be seen as a form of transformation of the 21st century which will herald a New Era.

In Spanish there are just as many tenses as there are in English, this being twelve all together however, in Spanish as opposed to English there are more structures to these tenses. For instance in English we say my name is Gianni but in Spanish this is more complicated. This simple structure in Spanish could not be translated directly as the structure in Spanish is I call myself Gianni which is Yo me llamo Gianni in Latin American countries or "Me llamo Gianni" in Spain where the subject pronoun is generally dropped. (Apart from s
tuations when ambiguity could be a problem).

This is a very common structure in Spanish that of which the action returns to the individual using the subject in the form of I , you, he, she etc. then a verb in the form of me for I, te for you, se for he and her then the verb. This can be used with such verbs as divertirse (have fun) or lavarse (wash oneself) which would make the sentence come out yo me divierto or which in essence is have fun but literally translated would be I entertain myself, which in Spanish does not have to be an action one does to oneself but one that comes through other means.

With the verb wash in English, when we say I wash it is understood that we mean ourselves unless we say that we are washing something else for instance I am washing my car. In Spanish however with these verbs it is not understood what or who we are washing so we need to make it clear; in a structure that would go Yo me lavo. This being I wash myself when put directly in to English.

In conclusion I would say that for English speakers learning Spanish it is important to study which verbs need this structure of the action going back to the one doing it. This, though not difficult, is important and will make things easier for the listener, for there is a difference between a mi me gusta (I like something or something pleases me) and yo gusto which in literal translation means I like but in reality we are saying I make others like me.

Would school events ever be the same without cheerleaders cheering us on? Win or lose, every school has vivacious and optimistic cheerleaders to stand by them. They lift our spirits with laughter and song and keep everyone in a good mood. What would we do without cheerleaders? To keep cheerleading an active part of the school circular, funds have to be raised to help
eet expenses like uniforms, travel, etc.

Apart from typical fundraising events like car washes and bake sales, there are some very unique opportunities for cheerleaders to raise funds for their squads. Any cheerleader would be thrilled to receive a CheerStix Cheer Bear. The darling bear wears a uniform that is a replica of the school's team colors. Not only do cheerleaders love them, but also friends and family love to receive and give them as gifts. A percentage of the proceeds go to the cheerleaders. The more bears sold, the more money made.

Other great ideas include designing a cookbook with recipes donated by students, teachers, family and friends. Cookbooks can be sold at all school events. Local bookstores would also be good distribution points. Promise to include the bookstore's name and logo in the cookbook as a sponsor. The team can hold a raffle with several items up for grab. Ask local shops to donate the winning prizes. Carnivals offer a variety of fundraising opportunities with admission fee; bake sale and game booths among them.

If your squad has a website use it! You can publicize your fundraising events, as well as sell items on your site. Just be sure to be specific about what you are selling, and what the money will be used for.

In a perfect crystal, when a face appears in the crystal in the process of growth, all the faces appear with the same
development.
If one of the symmetrical faces is less developed on a crystalline sample, or exceptionally does not appear, that
comes from the accidental actions of the external environment which opposed its growth.
Temperature, pressure, nature of the mineral solution, speed of the crystalline growth and the direction of the
movement of solution etc... represent the external influences on the crystalline forms.
The frequency of the faces of the crystals is related to the reticular density, the fast growth of some faces
influences the crystalline form definitively.
Garnet thus crystallizes under the cubic system, whose crystals are characterized by the presence of three
quaternary axes A4 joining the centers of the faces, four ternary axes A3 joining the opposed tops, six binary
axes A2 joining the mediums of the edges.

ท One of the causes modifying the initial form of crystals is truncation.

Spessartite (Ambohimarangitra) Malaya (Andoharano) Malaya (Madagascar)

Rhodolite (Ankilytokana) Hessonite (Soakibany) Imperial Malaya (Madagascar)

In Madagascar, one finds rhodolite in a gneiss rich in biotite, in which (almandite-pyrope) is presented in the form of
small grains, or with the state of large porphyroblasts, generally deprived of geometrical contours, plagioclase
(oligoclase with andesine) is the feldspar dominating and sometimes exclusive. These gneisses contain sometimes
pegmatic beds very rich in crystals.
One very finds also garnetiferous gneisses containing little biotite, hardly directed.
Kinzigites. The gneisses which have been just enumerated have a very clear schisteous structure, which had with the
biotite abundance. A rather frequent type is approximately blocks and presents a compact aspect, thanks to the
prevalence of large garnets without geometrical form, associated quartz and feldspar granoblastic, biotite is not
very abundant. The structure points out that of corneal micaceous of contact of the granite. This gneiss can be
compared with the kinzigite of the Black Forest.

Leptynites with amphibolo-pyroxenite intercalation rich in garnets of a pale pink (almandite-pyrope), with often
rutile and graphite abound in certain areas of Madagascar. The feldspar is orthoclase, associated with
ogigoclase-albite feldspar and sometimes with spindle-shaped microperthite, there exists much of myrmekite.
These rocks are with fine grins, but they very often contain large regularly distributed crystals.
Usually garnet does not have a geometrical form, but it takes clear faces in more quartzose zones.
Leptynites derive from the granites by disappearance of the mica; the garnetiferous mica schists constitute the
opposed pole in which biotite prevails, with progressive disappearance of feldspar.

The Besafotra river carry out the
spessartites on several kilometers from their
source, doubtless a sodolitic pegmatite.
A walk of 25 kilometers among the mountains
is necessary to reach this place.

The tanety "grounds bordering the river," are also
the object of the orange garnet's fever.

Sifting in river.
Initially, the spessartite appeared in the
Besafotra river, searched out here near to
its source.

Ankilytokana, one of the fabulous rhodolite occurrences
exploited in a leptynite vein on a sixteen meters depth.

RHODOLITE GARNET
Leptynites are primarily consisted in alkaline feldspars
and quartz. When these rocks are not ribboned, and
that is frequent, it is often difficult to decide if a sample,
not seen in place, belongs to a leptynite or an aplite, it
should be noticed that in Madagascar, these last
contain microcline and not of orthoclase. In this area,
one observes graphite spangles in the leptynites.

Malaya garnet discovered into
September 1998, in eluvium in
a broken up leptynite.
The modest depth of the deposit did
not require a significant work to
extract it.

This stone shows an exceptional capacity to restore
the light, thanks in particular to its high refractive index,
especially under not very enlightened condition.

Last time we looked at a simplified tarot card reading scheme based on the 22 major arcana cards, and got as far as the Emperor. We will continue this week with the 5th card, the Hierophant.

A Hierophant is someone who interprets secret knowledge, and represents learning, often in a religious context. In readings, the Hierophant represents learning from the experts, or official institutions. This card can symbolize the fact that you face an internal struggle with reactionary drives or forces, and need to be more freethinking. It also
uts you on warning that not all learning comes from dusty old text books.

Next tarot card is the Lovers. Obviously, this card represents both love and sex. In a reading the Lovers can indicate a crossroads in your path, usually moral in nature. The choice between the high ground and your base desires is yours, of course. How you make that decision between the base and the lofty reflects what sort of a person you are, as the easy route quite often turns out to be not so easy after all.

The Chariot is the next Tarot card we shall look at. At www.psychicsuperstore.com we believe that this card signifies the need for positive control. This means firm decisions, not brutal ones. Self control is strongly marked with this card, as is the concept of victory. The Chariot, though, does not allow for win-win scenarios - there will be a loser in this episode. Your competition must be defeated in order for you to win, is the message of this card.

After the Chariot comes Strength, and this is not just physical strength, but the inner qualities of perseverance, courage, determination and calmness in a crisis. These qualities are the ones that help you not to give up, and persistence is the message here. You must also note that too much strength can be counter-productive. Forbearance and patience can also be signs of inner strength.

Next up is the Hermit, an image familiar to most of us. The Hermit can mean you need space, or time by yourself away from the distractions of everyday life. If your life is manic right now, he can imply a need to 'center' yourself, and provide a solid core on which your life can revolve. In a more obvious sense, he can be a warning that you should pull back from whatever it is you are pushing at. On a higher level, the Hermit means searching for deeper truths, and the education of others in those truths.

The last tarot card we will look at this time at www.psychicsuperstore.com is the Wheel of Fortune. As one of the few tarot cards without a human illustration, the Wheel of Fortune is above the level of human kind and stands for visions or unexpected clarity, realization. The card may be alerting you to the possibility that by taking a broader perspective, you may suddenly grasp the big picture you have been struggling to find. It also represents twists of fate, and unexpected developments. As a wheel, the card symbolizes the circularity of all things, and the knowledge that what goes around, comes around too.

Next week we will look at the 11th tarot card, Justice.

Spokane, WA, December 20, 2004 -- Cuda Apparel, Inc., specializing in custom embroidery, screen-printing and tackle–twill, has rolled out a new, hands on learning program for middle schools and high schools nationwide. The best part of it all is that schools can earn money while utilizing this great tool.

This innovative real time educat
on partnership teaches students skills such as marketing, sales, business trends, e-commerce, margins and percentages, charting, business organization skills, time management, goal setting, teamwork, creative thinking and much more.

Through the partnership, students are provided fully functional e-commerce websites selling their schools' customized merchandise such as logo or themed hats, caps, t-shirts, sport shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, sweatpants, bags, robes, and other decorated merchandise. Students manage and operate the e-commerce site. The partnership entitles the students to access and utilizes Cuda Apparel's know-how, webmaster, experienced marketing and sales personnel, bookkeeping and administration personnel among others to assist with their website management and operations. "Cuda Apparel personnel serves as experienced and talented mentors to the students" says Zane Troester, Cuda Apparel General Manager.

It is the school business classes' duty to promote the website around the school and community, and that is where the students will gain the hands-on marketing experience. Students will also be given monthly reports from Cuda Apparel discussing the sales figures for each month so students can see how their marketing is working and compare data month-to-month, make projections, chart progress, and more.

"To my knowledge, never before has a similar opportunity been provided to schools that offers such a unique educational opportunity plus provides revenue for the DECA or other school business clubs involved," says Troester, "From each purchase that is made from the school's website the class or group that takes on this project will get a portion of each sale. The school is not required to stock inventory, bill customers or be concerned about shipping or handling. We do all this for the partnership".

In addition to the DECA classes and business clubs, art classes at the schools can get involved in the e-store creating designs to be placed onto the apparel and accessories. Then the computer classes, business classes, or technology classes can add the products and descriptions to the website. Revenues can be split between appropriate groups, or can go to the coordinating entity and the others can receive credits.

All classes can benefit with this outstanding program; the business classes and DECA Clubs can help other classes such as band and P.E. put together fund raisers using the decorated apparel and accessories they sell on line. Cuda Apparel has several fundraisers already developed for schools to execute.

This article regards 6 basic approaches to creating a flop resume.

It usually takes 2 minutes for the employer to skip over your resume. After that you will either be invited for an interview or your resume will join a heap of fellow-sufferers in waste paper basket. Surely you are to spend much more time than your employer on the resume to win a chance to be asked for the interview. Unfortunately, competently written resume is a rare case. Some people just overlook the significant detail that make all the difference and that
is why they are in constant search of the job.  Such strategy won't do.

Your resume should be effective and show you to the most advantage. If at college you never ordered custom term papers managing with the writing tasks yourself, then making a first rate resume will be of no difficulty for you. Otherwise you have to take pains to compose it or turn to professional resume writing service. With the unlimited access to" how to impress your employer" information, most people go to extremes and produce resumes that really impress the employer, but still they are left outside. With their superficial creativity and pretension to be the best of the best they achieve quite the opposite result. Human resource experts distinguish 6 basic approaches to creating a flop resume. See if you have written something of the kind and immediately correct it. Cri de Coeur or "An Appeal from the Shipwrecked" .The style of the resume and explanation of reasons for job hunting are very similar to beggar's lamentation. After reading a few lines of such a resume the employer has the only desire to put it aside and switch over to something not so depressing. Absolute Chaos.  "Is it another expository essay or an attempt to write a resume?" - the employee will think seeing such a masterpiece. Such resumes are distinguished by extreme inconsistency and incoherence of presented information. The writer jumps from one incomplete idea to another.  He groups the information irrationally and arranges it with no logic at all.   Because of the incorrect graphic presentation of the data it is impossible to sort out the essential information. Sometimes the objective position has nothing to do with the previous experience of the person.  It is absurd to apply for a position of a Top Manager with a working experience as a Sales Representative. What is it all about?  The information you provide your employer with must be as specific as possible. No generalities and avoid the usage of inadequate vocabulary. So why are you here? Resume comprises only achievements and rewards. That is great, I have nothing against it.  But why is such a treasure still looking for a job? He might have been a dream of every employer. So, be fair to yourself. Mister X. It may be rather a good resume, but making haste or being careless, the writer forgot to include some important information like contact data or has misspelled it.  The person describes his skills and knowledge, but does not reflect concrete work experience – recent positions and responsibilities at each of them.

The employer may have liked your resume, but it is hard to find MR. X. "Museumป. This resume types stands quite apart. It is difficult to define it.  They may seem quite standard to the inexperienced reader, but the professional instantly notices the hidden contradictions and pitfalls buried behind evasive formulations. Such resumes will describe 10 years' experience of 22 year old president of some corporation. This classification shows that it is very easy to make a mistake composing your resume or overlook it even after revising without knowing the basic principles of presenting the information in this type of document. Resume is too important for you to ignore it. There are only two options for you:  write a good resume yourself or entrust this task to the reputable resume writing services.

While individual states contrast in regulations and requirements for acquiring an acupuncture license, about forty (40) states have established a set standard for training in acupuncture certification.

How to earn an Acupuncture License in the United States and Canada: While individual states contrast in regulations and requirements for acquiring an acupuncture license, about forty (40) states have established a set standard for training in acupuncture certification. Graduates of ion.com/categories/CR/acupuncture-schools.html">acupuncture schools, who are seeking to earn their acupuncture license, will find that an overall requisite is to be at least 21 years of age.  Depending on independent states, specific educational and examination requirements must be met in order to acquire an acupuncture license; in addition, students who have attained credit in acupuncture studies in foreign countries should be proficient in the English language.

If you're interested in becoming a professional acupuncturist, and would like to earn your acupuncture license, you must first enroll and be trained in one of several accredited Oriental medicine or acupuncture schools.  Prior to attaining an acupuncture license, students will initially study about comprehensive theories and philosophies of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), acupuncture, biomedicine, nutrition, Oriental bodywork (such as Tuina) and a variety of general education courses in physiology, anatomy and other related subject matter.

Those who have been certified and have earned the title of Diplomate in Acupuncture (Dipl. Ac.) will find that an acupuncture license is necessary, if not mandatory, to practice professionally in most states.

Though an acupuncture license indicates that practitioners have acquired specific training standards, it is essential that licensed practitioners continue to maintain up-to-date skills through post-graduate or continuing professional development activity (PDA) acupuncture classes.

Professionals who have met all educational and certification requirements, and who have attained an acupuncture license can expect lucrative earnings.  According to payscale.com, salary ranges for professionals holding an acupuncture license can expect anywhere from $36k to $45k annually; this, of course, depends on years of experience, training and location of independent practices.

If you are interested in finding your dream job, let education within fast-growing industries like massage therapy, cosmetology, acupuncture, oriental medicine, Reiki, and others get you started! Explore career school programs near you.

Find Healing Arts Colleges in the United States and Canada.  Today, healing arts colleges are broadly scattered across America.  With healing arts colleges offering career training programs in a variety of natural and alternati
e health fields, students have a plethora of certificate, diploma and degree programs from which to choose.

Core natural health curriculums at healing arts colleges often include academics and practical training in basic anatomy and physiology, various massage modalities, essential oils and flower remedies, nutrition, CPR and first aid, herbal remedies and therapies, energy medicine and other holistic healing arts.

While many healing arts colleges offer weekend courses, a great number of these learning institutions provide certificate programs in natural healing and the like.  A good example of one of the numerous certification programs extended through healing arts colleges is massage therapy.  Students opting to enroll in massage therapy certification programs will gain comprehensive training in typical bodywork therapies including hands-on instruction in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, mind/body medicine, as well as general education in anatomy, physiology and other relative subject matter.  Depending on which one of several healing arts colleges in which you choose to participate, some massage therapy curriculums may be more expansive and include coursework in Oriental massage, acupressure/Shiatsu, lymph massage, prenatal and infant massage, as well as other specialized training.

Healing arts colleges may also provide extensive training in Oriental medicine.  Some of these healing arts colleges offer degree programs, as well as diploma courses.  Persons interested in Eastern medicine will find that healing arts colleges provide an expansive curriculum involving Chinese herbal medicine, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Tuina (Chinese medical massage), Chinese medical terminology, and acupuncture and needling techniques; in addition to standard education in human anatomy, Chinese medicine theories and philosophies, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, biology, among other topics.

Chiropractic healing arts colleges are in-depth and require over 4,000 hours in classroom, laboratory and clinical training.  Healing arts colleges such as these often require prerequisite education from an accredited school or university; with minimum education being equivalent to that of a bachelor's degree.  The same prerequisites are true for many naturopathic healing arts colleges, and a number of acupuncture schools, as well.

There is a multitude of healing arts colleges from which to choose, so students should always first decide which career path they would like to take.  Because there are varying degrees and levels of academic training and education provided through healing arts colleges, some are more focused on specialty fields like naturopathy and chiropractic, while some are broader and include various courses in energy healing, bodywork, body/mind/spirit medicine and general herbal medicine.

With the demand for natural and non-invasive healthcare on the rise, students opting to pursue an education through one of countless healing arts colleges will find that career prospects are steadily increasing, and should have little or no difficulty in attaining lucrative employment both as entrepreneurs and as part of the ever-growing natural healthcare industry.

If you (or someone you know) are interested in finding healing arts colleges, let career training within fast-growing industries like massage therapy, cosmetology, acupuncture, oriental medicine, Reiki, and others get you started! Explore career school programs near you.

Learn the facts about Thanksgiving, then celebrate.

Thanksgiving to most folks means family and friends and Turkey, or maybe beer and football. Many do not know or even care about the significence of the Holiday. Way back in the 1600's a group of people who were members of the English Separatist Church (Puritan's) in England fled their homeland to escape religious persecution. They boarded a ship and sailed to Holland in the Netherlands. In Holland the people enjoyed a brief time free from the religious persecution they
faced back in England, but they soon became frustrated with the Dutch peoples bad morals and what they considered sinful lifestyles. Seeking yet a better way of life, the Separatists made a deal with a stock company in London to finance a trip to America on a ship named the Mayflower. There were others from England that were not separatists, in fact the majority that made the trip on the Mayflower were not. The group arrived in America on Dec 11, 1620 and they set ground at Plymouth, Massachusetts. The first winter season the pilgrims encountered in America was horrible. With extreme cold and blizzard conditions, they lost 46 of the original 102 who came over on the Mayflower. But the spring and summer of the next year was wonderful with most of the days pleasant and nice and most of the pilgrims staying healthy. The local indians showed them where and how to hunt and trap for the available game, and shared their secrets on growing and storing of the native crops. The harvest of 1621 was very bountiful and the pilgrims along with the local indians who had helped them survive their first year, decided to have a huge feast to celebrate and give thanks. The feast or as it's commonly called 'The First Thanksgiving' was probably held outside on handmade tables and benches, most of the people sat on blankets on the ground while eating, because records show that the colonists didn't have a building large enough to accommodate all the people.

From an original letter of a member of the colony, Edward Winslow, here is the actual account of the First Thanksgiving celebration:

"Our harvest being gotten in, our governor sent four men on fowling, that so we might after a special manner rejoice together after we had gathered the fruit of our labors. They four in one day killed as much fowl as, with a little help beside, served the company almost a week. At which time, amongst other recreations, we exercised our arms, Many of the Indians coming amongst us, and among the rest their greatest King Massasoit, with some ninety men, whom for three days we entertained and feasted, and they went out and killed five deer, which they brought to the plantation and bestowed on our governor, and upon the captain and others. And although it be not always so plentiful as it was this time with us, yet by the goodness of God, we are so far from want that we often wish you partakers of our plenty." From the hand written letter we can see that 1 Indian Chief or King and 90 others (91 total indians) that were invited as guests attended the event along with the pilgrims, and that the feast or celebration lasted 3 days. The celebration or feast was not repeated again until the year 1623, when during a severe drought the pilgrims all gathered and prayed for rain. The next day, a long steady rain occurred, and Governor Bradford proclaimed another day of Thanksgiving, and again the pilgrims or 'colonists' invited their indian friends to celebrate. The next Thanksgiving celebration did not occur until the year 1676, when the governing council of Charlestown, Massachusetts, held a meeting on the best way to celebrate and give thanks for the good fortune their community had experienced. By voting, they instructed Edward Rawson, the clerk, to proclaim June 29th as a day of Thanksgiving.

Other dates that were important to the Thanksgiving Holiday were October of the year 1777, when there was a Thanksgiving holiday that was celebrated by all 13 colonies that had been established. In 1789 George Washington proclaimed a national day of Thanksgiving, and after a campaign of letter writing to presidents and governors, in 1863, President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed the last Thursday in November as a national day of Thanksgiving. The date was altered a couple more times, but finaly in 1941 it was sanctioned by Congress as a legal holiday, on the fourth Thursday in November, where it remains yet today.

Thanksgiving is such a wonderful Holiday that we should all celebrate it, and there is a FREE Thanksgiving Screensaver available for download at this website address: http://www.rb59.com/thanksgiving-screensaver

Aboriginal legends tell the story of the great Rainbow Snake that winds its way through the waterways of Australia. The story creates a common bond among the first Australians and has wound its way into the hearts of modern citizens. No other nation on earth can boast about being an island and a continent at the same time. The land down under was home to humans over 50,000 years ago. Their descendents share a land of contrasts with descendents of immigrants from Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Australians love the treasure they have in
their sandy beaches. Over 85% of them live within 50 miles of the Australian coast. These hospitable people spend their leisure time playing one of their favorite sports, dining at fine food establishments, playing on the beaches, or enjoying a love affair with the Australian arts community.

Australians are not the only ones who enjoy sandy beaches and lively entertainment. Each year, over 100,000 tourists fly in from around the world to see all that the country has to offer them. They dream of days spent splashing in the warm Pacific surf, afternoons looking for kangaroos and koalas, and nights dancing at popular clubs meeting the locals.

Some people come with a small amount of cash dreaming to see the country while working in the hospitality industry. For those few who want something more than a holiday, finding a job is not only possible, but probable if they prepare in advance. The tourism industry in Australia is always looking for dependable employees. High numbers of openings are available in the hospitality industry as well.

Signing on as a bar attendant is the most obvious way to meet the locals. Work is usually also available at one of the local wineries as a wine steward or as a cellar hand. Restaurants offer travelers good food and a good chance at landing a job. If none of these places offers the right career opportunity, job searchers can look at any of the hotels for a job with the room service staff.

For those who want to work in Australia and earn enough money to travel, the first and best advice is to take the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course that is required in most Australian states. Experts advise that people should take the course before leaving their countries of origin. This course is required for anyone who will be involved in serving or handling alcoholic beverages. Fortunately the internet makes it easy to prepare for the RSA exam. A number of websites offer preparatory short courses. The cost is nominal. Before paying any fees, prospective students should verify that the company providing the training education of RSA is nationally accredited.

Accredited Online Training is an Australian based company offering a variety of online education including business management courses, certificate 4 courses, project manager course, train the trainer courses, finance, to potential students in Australia and beyond. In this current worldwide recession two government agencies namely Sentosa and the Workforce Development Agency are introducing new schemes in order to help the Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) survive this crisis. Introduction of training courses for them and arranging for loans to bear the expenses for training are such two methods. This will enable them to switch over to a different nature of job. MOM and WDA said that the are going to introduce more options progressively in the future too.

p> On Sunday at a tripartite forum between Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and some 550 union and business leaders, the PSP was announced. This is the Professional Skills Programme (PSP) which is eventually going to bring together all 'current skills' upgrading' and job assistance schemes in place.

Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience or SPUR is going to provide funds for all such courses offered under PSP. Besides helping PMETs switch to new occupations such as educators, hr professionals, registered nurses and pre-school teachers, PSP will also have skills upgrading courses to help PMETs improve in their specialty. Upon completion of these part-time courses, students will received a professional, graduate or postgraduate diploma award.

Professionals working in Financial sector can take a training course on Risk Management and/or product control at the Risk Management Institute at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Financial Training Institute at the Singapore Management University (SMU).

Engineering professionals in the pharmaceutical and biologics sectors can be trained in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Validation) to become a validation specialist, through another Specialised Training Programme.

A tertiary upgrading for PMETs can also be done through degree and post-graduate courses under the enhanced SPUR programme. Interviews with candidates of executive and graduate programmes shows that indeed there is a strong trend of busy professionals and business leaders heading back to schoo. For Mr Frank Thong, Business Director of Sun T Synergies, it was a well deserved reward for the years of hard work. "Going back to school has always been at the back of my mind and now with the current economic slow down, I see this as an opportune time for me to take a step back from the day to day operations and go for new challenges. The Executive master of marketing programme forces me to shift my thinking paradigms, the case studies and networking has been nothing less than phenomenal. I should have done this years ago, the knowledge I have acquired will certainly help me and my organization propel forward in tough global conditions like today. US graduate schools including Chicago and Baruch College, CUNY and State university of New York has also reiterate their strong commitment to provide the best in class graduate education. In view of the increase demand for quality American graduate education, Chicago has move to their new campus in Demsey road with twice the capacity of its current campus whilst baruch college, the city university of new York has established a city campus in the heart of orchard road to cater to the growing demands for its range of specialized master programs.

Some of the programmes which are designed to be introduced within few months are the Master of Science Programme in Integrated Circuit Design at NTU-TUM (Technical University of Munich), aimed at integrated circuit design engineers. Another Double Master of Science Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at NUS-Georgia Institute of Technology for logistics and supply chain specialists has also been incepted. PMETs have an option to go for leadership and management skills training too.

WDA plan to organize career workshops for PMETs which is going to impart knowledge and guidance to build up communication skills, networking skills, resume writing, and to fare well in interviews through PSP.

But there are some problems in implementation of SPUR. There are requirements of co-payment. This strictness of a 10% co-payment of course fees does not take into consideration the upfront fees that trainees must pay. This may be difficult for many, as they don't have any concrete source of income. The Ministry of Manpower or the agency has to take the responsibility to provide trainees with interest-free loans for the co-paid amount, with repayments in installments and the interest to be paid after the trainee finds a job, which once more, shall be monitored through the CPF system.

Professional Conversion Programme (PCPs) will be unattractive to most retrenched PMETs. However, some of the retrenched PMETs may have skills that have become obsolete will be benefited through PCPs. But most of them will have skills that are still an asset. As they are retrenched because of the economic downturn, the PMETs might consider switching over to new jobs through the PSP.

It has been decided by the authorities that 100 jobless executives will be given about S$1.7 million in a year so that they can go back to school. A stipend of about S$1,400 per month will also be given to them. The decision was taken by the afore-mentioned two government agencies to help mid-career professionals avoid the direct impact of the current recession.

Some of the sectors are still hiring in this state of global economic crisis. A major one is the tourism sector, which according to MOM, will create around 25,000 jobs over the next few years in Singapore alone - a result of the major developments in the Integrated Resorts.

Keeping in mind these developments, the Manpower Ministry has started a new training programme to help jobless executives make this sustainable career-switch.In the meeting, the acting Manpower Minister Gan Kim Yong said: "Through these courses, we enhance their employability and their mobility. So even if they start the job that they may not particularly like, they can learn to like the job. Also, they may continue to look for opportunities for upward mobility as well as for more opportunities in other sectors."

All of the significant opal deposits in Australia during the last 100 years are located within or surrounding the Great Artesian Basin. The most important deposits are found in New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.

Today, mining is carried out at the following main areas and each area produces solid opal with specific characteristics and colour patterns.

Lightning Ridge, New South Wales

This is a town famous for its rich and rare black opal. Black opal gets its name from the colour
of the "nobbies" or pieces of rough opal in which the gems are usually found.

Black opal was first discovered here in the late 1880's, however its commercial value was not at first recognised by buyers. It wasn't until the early 1900's that some opal nobbies were found and shafts dug.

Opal occurs either as "nobbies" or in seams and thin layers within a soft greyish clay stone. The opal dirt levels occur between six and eighteen metres from the surface, but have been found at depths as deep as thirty metres. The fields also yield opalised shells, wood and reptilian bones.

Some of the traditional fields around Lightning Ridge include the Three Mile and Thorleys Six Mile.

White Cliffs, New South Wales

Located 295 kilometres northeast of Broken Hill, White Cliffs is Australia's oldest opal field, where mining began about 1889. As with most towns with mining operations, the population quickly soared, peaking at 5,000 in its heyday.

The light crystal opal found at White Cliff quickly became famous on the world market. The opal fields produced the first commercially accepted opal, far surpassing the quality of the Hungarian mines, as opal displaying such vivid colours had never been seen before.

Between 1903 and 1914, the richer areas of the opal field became exhausted and a decline in production resulted. The effects of World War 1 also affected the area, contributing to the decline.

Central Queensland

The history of opal in Queensland dates back to the early 1870's, but it wasn't until 1889 when the gem was successfully marketed. The real development of the vast opal deposits began in 1873 with the discovery of fine quality opal north of Thargomindah.

During those early years production was low as there was no ready market for the gem. It took the efforts and determination of an entrepreneur named Tully Woolaston to establish the industry.

Today, the Queensland opal fields cover an area in the southwest portion of the state, approximately 1000 kilometres long by 300 kilometres wide.

Coober Pedy, South Australia

The Coober Pedy opal fields were discovered in 1915. Producing white or milky opals, until recently, Coober Pedy was the main producer of precious opal. Today the opal fields encompass an area of approximately 45 kilometres.

The name "Coober Pedy" is derived form the Aboriginal word "kupa piti" which loosely translated means "white Man in a Hole." An isolated and rugged location, Coober Pedy is frequented by freezing cold nights, days where the temperature soars above 40ฐ C and is inundated by millions of bush flies. Too hot to live above ground, homes in Coober Pedy are made in underground burrows.

Mintabie, South Australia

The Aboriginals were the first to sell black opal from Mintabie at Coober Pedy after WW1 but kept the place secret for some time until eager miners discovered the opal field in the 1930's. As a result of the remoteness of the area and lack of water, mining in the area was on a small scale.

Mining production greatly increased beginning in 1976 as heavy earth-moving equipment was brought in. The opal, sandwiched between layers of sandstone and rock below ground, are drilled or blasted through with explosives.

The Mintabie area is now producing very attractive, semi-black opal.

Andamooka, South Australia

Discovered in 1930, Andamooka is one of Australia's most famous fields. Located 600 kilometres north of Adelaide but southwest of Coober Pedy in harsh desert country, Andamooka is derived from an Aboriginal name meaning "Large Waterhole." It is the only town in Australia where the streets have no names.

I hope you have enjoyed learning aobut the discovery of Opal in Australia.

In part 4 we learn about how opal is mined and cut.

See you then

Best wishes and have a great day.

Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company is one of the biggest tire producers in the world after Michelin's acquisition of Royal Goodrich. Goodyear competes in a global tire industry.

It aims at keeping its leading position and thus, Goodyear invested more than $1 billion to build automated tire-making facilities, the best in the world. Goodyear expands its tire stores to keep its leadership as the biggest producer-retailer of tires in the USA. Besides, it has invested much money in the investigation and development of tires pr
duction. The tires are at the cutting edge of world-class performance and it is a well-known fact. Goodyear maintains its leading position as a high-performance segment of the tire market.

Goodyear is based on the innovative products of high quality and high advertising expenses. It won almost 90 per cent of the market for its high-performance tires for US auto. Besides, it is well-advertised on sporty imports. Owing to its location Goodyear and other USA tire manufacturers has got a great help in the USA market. Though, one should to be critical to point out that tires are far from being cheep to sell them in Europe.

Goodyear has created several barriers to entry in order to compete in the world tire market. Its size gives it a chance to get significant economies of scale, thus, making its costs rather low as compared with the products of its rivals. Production cost cutting is promoted by investment in progressive process of technology. Automated plant equipment also makes it to answer the modern world demands rather quickly to meet present and future market conditions. Goodyear has owned its own shops in order to safe proprietary access to a significant field of distribution. However, Goodyear has made product scale and a high quality model via its deposit in R&D and niche marketing – high-performance tires. New rivals would draw on vital costs to repeat a reputation once again.

Goodyear faces severe competition all the time. For example, last racing season it prevailed in a majority of the competitive series. The continually rising prices and tire rule modifications that do not permit to transfer racing technology to street tires have greatly reduced the return on the deposit in Formula 1 racing.

Diversity is a competitive advantage for global companies, such as Goodyear. It is spreading it all over the company. A varied workforce gives the benefit of well-conducted business in multi-cultural marketplaces all over the world. Goodyear's strategy has helped it to develop faster than its rivals to found new operations all over the world. Goodyear's financial power and mobility reached for the last seven years has helped to meet short-term necessities while working for the future success. Goodyear has decided that it would be more profitable to settle production equipment near the final sale limits as tires are huge and not cheap to ship as compared with their profit limits. This decreases distribution prices and gives important barriers to entry. It also diminishes Goodyear's foreign exchange risk.

The tire industry is spreading worldwide. Goodyear realizes that one of its major rivals in the future is going to be Bridgestone Tire of Japan. If Goodyear settles its production equipment in Japan this will help Goodyear to cut the prices in critical home market of Bridgestone. This is because of that Bridgestone aims at gaining market share in the USA via aggressive price decreasing. Besides, Japanese car producers will have the opportunity to manufacture two million autos every year in the USA in 1992. If these vehicles will be selling, that will reach car sales by domestic vehicle organizations. Thus, all these processes would cut out the demand for Goodyear tires by Ford, Chrysler and G.M.

In this situation Goodyear most likely replaces some of this lost business with sales to Japanese producers who manufacture in the USA. If Goodyear builds a plant in Japan that will help it to organize a better supplier relationship with Japanese vehicle organizations, and thus, make easier sales to the USA plants. Goodyear is a great company with good positions in the USA and in the whole world. It supplies these Japanese companies since they have modernized their autos and thus, and they have the necessity of high-quality tires, such as of Goodyear.

Bridgestone's acquisition of Firestone will probably have a negative effect on Goodyear as it is a well-equipped and a well-financed rival who looks for the monopoly rents presently being gained by Goodyear. Nevertheless, having struggled the USA auto producers are presently working with Japanese companies. They may wish to take some of the business they are presently giving to Firestone and redistribute it to Goodyear. Goodyear can make the next step having attacked with cost reductions, product and process modernization, or bonuses. Goodyear directs its cost reduction answer to the Japanese market in order to become more effective and competitive.
